VIP Client Nights Without the Hotel Script
Client appreciation events fall flat when they look like last quarter’s mixer: name badges, a sponsored bar, and a slideshow nobody watches. Pour Choice Taphouse gives Orlando teams a client appreciation event space that feels like a night out and still has room for a short thank-you.
The self-pour wall is the icebreaker. Clients and account leads stand at the taps, compare pours, and talk like people. You still have a full liquor bar for guests who want a classic cocktail.
We are at 1225 N Mills Ave with a large on-site parking lot. About 91 inside, about 20 to 30 on the patio. Bring catering or walk food from nearby restaurants. No food trucks. 21 and older. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Why Client Teams Book This Room
Hospitality that feels generous without a ballroom contract.
Self-Pour as the Icebreaker
Clients do not need a forced intro game. They pour by the ounce, ask what someone is drinking, and your team has a natural open.
Looks Like You Made an Effort
Plant wall, neon, lounge, and a real tap list beat a hotel foyer. It reads as Orlando, not generic corporate.
You Control Food Quality
Bring a caterer your clients already like or order from Mills 50 restaurants. No venue banquet. No food trucks.
Privacy You Can Explain to Legal
Semi-private: reserved section, public still in the bar, no separate venue fee. Fully private: the whole place, hourly drink minimum. Fridays are $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM.
Easy Arrival Story
Send the lot address. Clients coming from downtown or I-4 are not hunting for a garage.
Screens If You Need a Two-Minute Thank You
HDTVs can show a logo or a short recap. Then turn them off and let the night be a night.
Who This Client Appreciation Event Space Is For
Use this room when you need to thank VIP clients in Orlando and a restaurant buyout feels too seated. Agencies, professional services, medical device teams, and B2B sales groups book nights like this because the format scales from a dozen key accounts to a fuller book-of-business party.
It is different from a generic corporate happy hour. The guest of honor is the client, not the internal team. If the night is for staff instead, use the employee appreciation page. Mixers for open networking live on networking mixers.

How to Plan a Client Appreciation Night
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Inquire with headcount and whether clients need privacy
If confidential conversations matter, ask for a private buyout. If energy is the goal, semi-private is enough and has no separate venue fee.
Step 2: Budget the private option honestly
A full private buyout is an hourly drink minimum. Friday is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Other nights are quoted after we see the date. We do not publish a made-up Saturday package here.
Step 3: Bring food that matches the client list
High-end catering or excellent takeout from walkable Mills 50 restaurants both work. No food trucks.
Step 4: Keep remarks short
One toast, maybe a slide on the TVs, then get out of the way so your team can talk to clients.
Friday private buyouts
If you need the whole taphouse on a Friday, the drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Other dates are quoted after you inquire. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Why Self-Pour Works on a Client List
Client events stall when the only activity is standing with a drink. Self-pour gives people a reason to walk the wall, which creates new pairs: your AE next to their operations lead, your founder next to a prospect who came as a plus-one.
Paying by the ounce also lowers the pressure to commit to a full pint of something unfamiliar. That sounds small. It keeps cautious guests in the conversation.
The patio gives you a quieter overflow for the two or three conversations that actually need to happen.
Bring Your Own Food. Bring Any Caterer.
Client food should look intentional. Hire a caterer or pick up from a Mills 50 restaurant your team already trusts. We do not host food trucks.
Client Night Size and Privacy
Key-account dinners (10 to 30)
Semi-private section of the main bar. Public still in the room. No separate venue fee.
Book-of-business nights (30 to 91)
Larger reserved space or a full indoor buyout. Patio adds about 20 to 30.
Fully private VIP buyout
The whole place is yours. Friday drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Ask us for other nights. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Important: Full venue buyouts depend on the day and the calendar. Semi-private means a section of the main bar with the public still in the room and no separate venue fee. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Always inquire so we can confirm the right setup.
