Fifty self-pour taps get people from different teams talking. You bring the food so it is not a bowl of pretzels. Capacity is about 91 inside and about 20 to 30 on the patio, with a large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave.

How to Plan an Employee Appreciation Night
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Send headcount and whether families are invited
If families include anyone under 21, stop. This room is 21 and older only.
Step 2: Pick a Wednesday through Sunday
Closed Monday and Tuesday. Saturday daytime works if the team is hospitality and nights are for service.
Step 3: Decide how private the thank-you should be
Semi-private has no venue fee and the public still in the bar. A full buyout is quoted after we see the date. We will not invent a staff-party package price here.
Step 4: Bring food that is better than bar snacks
Caterer or nearby restaurants. That is what makes it appreciation instead of a default happy hour. No food trucks.
Make it look planned
A reserved section, real food, and a two-minute thank-you are enough. You do not need a theme beyond taking care of the people who work for you.
The Tap Wall Does the Mixing for You
Employee parties fail when people stay in the same clusters they sit with at work. Self-pour breaks that. Someone from a different shift will ask what you poured. That is the whole icebreaker.
The full bar matters for staff who do not drink beer. Appreciation that only serves IPA is not appreciation for the whole roster.
Patio overflow of about 20 to 30 gives smokers and quiet talkers a place to land without leaving the event.

Staff Party Size and Privacy
Small teams (10 to 30)
Semi-private section of the main bar. Public still in the room. No separate venue fee. This is still more intentional than “meet at the bar.”
Full-company nights (30 to 91)
Larger reserved space or a full indoor buyout. Patio adds about 20 to 30.
Fully private staff buyout
The whole taphouse. If that falls on a Friday, the drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Other nights are quoted after you inquire. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
