A Flexible, Non-Restaurant Baby Shower Room
Plenty of Orlando baby showers need a restaurant back room and a kids table. This page is not that. Pour Choice Taphouse is a 21 and older taphouse. An adult baby shower here is for friend groups and families who want gifts, food they chose, and a room that does not look like a lunch shift.
You get about 91 seats inside and about 20 to 30 on the patio, 50 self-pour taps, a full liquor bar, and a large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Saturday and Sunday open at noon for daytime showers. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Semi-Private Without a Room Rental
Reserve a section of the main bar. The public can still be in the taphouse. There is no separate venue fee for that setup.
On-Site Parking
Guests carrying gifts want a lot, not a garage. The lot is at 1225 N Mills Ave.
21+ Guest List Only
Every person at the shower must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. If the plan includes children, book a different venue.
Who This Baby Shower Venue Is For
Book this baby shower venue if the guest list is adults and you want a non-restaurant setting. It works for coworker showers after work, friend-group weekend showers, and families who would rather do gifts at a bar than in a banquet hall.
It is the wrong room for a mixed-age shower. We will card at the door. If that does not match your family, please choose a restaurant or park pavilion instead. If it does match, you get a space that feels like a celebration instead of a lunch reservation.

How to Plan an Adult Baby Shower at Pour Choice
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Confirm the guest list is 21+
If anyone under 21 needs to attend, stop and pick another venue. We cannot make exceptions.
Step 2: Ask for a Saturday or Sunday daytime hold if you want brunch hours
We open at noon on Saturday and Sunday. Weeknight evenings also work. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 3: Bring food or hire a caterer
Outside food is welcome. Walkable restaurants are on /food/. Food trucks are not permitted on the lot.
Step 4: Tell us gift-table and cake needs
We will point you to a reserved section that keeps the cake and gifts out of the main walkway.

A Shower That Is Not Stuck at Assigned Seats
Restaurant showers trap people at a long table. Here guests can sit in a booth, stand at a high-top, or step onto the patio. That flexibility is the point of a non-restaurant setting.
The self-pour wall is optional entertainment, not a requirement. Plenty of baby shower guests want one drink or a non-alcoholic pour and then focus on the parents-to-be. The full bar and tap list make that easy without a drink package negotiation.
HDTVs can show a short photo loop. Keep speeches short. Let people eat the food you brought.

Coworker or friend showers (10 to 30)
Semi-private is typical. You reserve a section of the main bar. The rest of the room stays open to the public. No separate venue fee.
Larger family-and-friends showers (30 to 60)
Ask for a bigger reserved area so the gift table and food stay together. Indoor capacity is about 91.
Private buyout
If you want the whole taphouse, we can talk through a private buyout with patio overflow of about 20 to 30. Drink-minimum details are quoted after we see the date. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
