Charity events lose money when the venue feels like a classroom. Pour Choice Taphouse is a charity fundraiser venue in Orlando that already has drinks, music-ready space, and a layout for a silent auction table plus a crowd.
Capacity is about 91 inside and about 20 to 30 on the patio. Fifty self-pour taps and a full bar keep guests in the room after the pitch. Bring catering so your food budget goes to a vendor you chose, not a hotel package. We do not host food trucks.

This room is for 21+ nonprofit fundraising nights: annual galas that want a younger feel, after-parties that follow a formal dinner somewhere else, donor happy hours, and ticketed tap takeovers that benefit a cause.
It is not a banquet hall for a seated 200-person gala, and it is not a family festival. If the fundraiser includes minors, choose another site. If you need a late after-party once a hotel program ends, this page still applies, as does our live music and DJ page.

How to Plan a Fundraiser at Pour Choice
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Send the organization name, date, and ticket target
We will tell you if the headcount fits 91 inside plus patio. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 2: Decide if you need the public out of the room
Semi-private works for casual donor nights. Ticketed galas usually want a private buyout so only ticket holders are inside.
Step 3: Price a Friday buyout with real numbers
Friday private drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Other nights are quoted after you inquire. We will not invent a nonprofit discount on this page.
Step 4: Bring catering and your own program gear
Food, auction lots, pull-up banners, and a DJ if you want one. We handle the taps and the room.

A Fundraiser With a Reason to Stay
The quiet failure of many charity nights is the exit after the ask. When the drinks are interesting and guests can pour what they want, they linger. Lingering is when last raffle tickets sell.
Self-pour also gives sponsors something visual. A tap wall photographs better than a banquet table, which helps the recap post your development team needs the next morning.
If you want a band or DJ, say so in the inquiry. The room is already set up for that. If you want it quiet for speeches, we can talk through timing before the room gets loud.

Nonprofit catering should fit the ticket price. Bring a caterer or order from walkable Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks, which also keeps the lot clear for guest parking.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
