A New Year's Eve Party That Belongs to Your Guest List
Orlando NYE is full of ticketed rooms and hotel ballrooms with a champagne toast at midnight. If you want a private New Year's Eve party for your people, Pour Choice Taphouse is a taphouse you can actually inquire about buying out, not a nightclub with a guest list you do not control.
You get 50 self-pour taps, a full liquor bar, space for a DJ, about 91 inside and about 20 to 30 on the patio, and a large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Bring snacks, a caterer, or walk food from nearby restaurants. No food trucks.
We are closed Monday and Tuesday. If New Year's Eve falls on one of those nights, say so in the form and we will tell you what is possible instead of pretending those days are regular hours. The venue is 21 and older.

We do not open Monday or Tuesday as a normal thing. If NYE lands on a closed day, the inquiry form is how you ask. Do not assume it is automatically on.
Who This Private NYE Party Is For

We will not invent an NYE bottle package or a Saturday-only price on this page. If you need the whole room on a Friday, the drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. Every other date, including when NYE is not a Friday, is quoted after you inquire.

How to Inquire for a New Year's Eve Buyout
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Submit the form as early as you can
NYE demand is real. Send a guest count and whether you want the public out of the room. We reply within 24 hours.
Step 2: Tell us if NYE is a Monday or Tuesday that year
Those are normally closed. We will not advertise them as open. If you need that date, ask. If we cannot do it, we will say so.
Step 3: Ask for a private quote instead of guessing
Friday private drink minimum is $400 per hour before 8 PM and $500 per hour after 8 PM. We will not post a made-up NYE package price here.
Step 4: Lock food and a DJ separately
Bring catering or use nearby restaurants. Book your DJ if you want one. We handle the taps and the space.

If you know you want this room on December 31, inquire now. Buyout options depend on the day of the week and the rest of the calendar. Closed Monday and Tuesday as a rule.
A Countdown With Something to Do Before Midnight
The weak part of most NYE parties is the three hours before midnight. Self-pour fills that gap. Guests walk the wall, try a cider, switch to a cocktail, and stay off their phones.
At midnight you can do a simple toast. Use the TVs for a countdown graphic if you want. Then the night can keep going as late as that day’s hours allow.
Patio overflow of about 20 to 30 helps when the indoor toast is done and people want air, even in late December in Florida.

NYE food should last past midnight. Bring a caterer or order from walkable Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks, which also keeps the lot clear for guest parking and rideshares.
NYE Party Size and Privacy
Friend-group NYE (10 to 40)
Semi-private section of the main bar. Public still in the taphouse. No separate venue fee. This only works if you are fine sharing the room on a busy night.
Full private NYE (40 to 91+)
Buy out the indoor room and patio. About 91 inside, about 20 to 30 outside. This is the usual path when you want a private New Year's Eve party.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
