Out-of-town guests land in Orlando tired, hungry, and looking for a low-pressure place to meet the wedding party. A hotel lobby drink does not do that job. A wedding welcome party at Pour Choice Taphouse gives everyone a real night out without turning it into a second reception.
We are at 1225 N Mills Ave in the Mills 50 District, with a large on-site parking lot so guests can drive in from downtown hotels or the airport corridor and park once. Inside you get 50 rotating self-pour taps plus a full liquor bar. Capacity is about 91 guests inside and about 20 to 30 on the patio.
Bring trays, hire any caterer, or walk food over from nearby restaurants on our food page. We do not host food trucks. Pour Choice is 21 and older and closed Monday and Tuesday.

Most welcome parties run semi-private: a section of the main bar, public still in the room, no separate venue fee. Full private buyouts are available when the calendar allows.
Step 3: Lock food from nearby restaurants or a caterer
Bring food in or order from walkable Mills 50 restaurants. No food trucks. Browse nearby food or hire any outside caterer.
Step 4: Tell guests where to park
Share 1225 N Mills Ave and the on-site lot. That one detail saves out-of-towners a lot of stress.

Welcome nights work best Wednesday through Sunday. If your wedding weekend only has a Monday or Tuesday gap, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Self-Pour Taps Keep a Welcome Party Moving
The awkward part of a wedding welcome party is the first 20 minutes, when one side of the guest list does not know the other. The tap wall fixes that. People walk, pour, compare notes, and introduce themselves without a microphone or a name-tag game.
Between craft beer, hard seltzer, cider, cocktails on tap, and the full liquor bar, you are not stuck serving one signature drink. That matters when the welcome list mixes beer people, wine people, and guests who just want a simple cocktail after a flight.

Semi-private is usually enough. You get a reserved section of the main bar. The taphouse stays open to the public. There is no separate venue fee.
Full wedding-weekend crowd (30 to 91)
Larger reserved setups or a full indoor buyout keep the wedding party together. Indoor capacity is about 91, with about 20 to 30 more on the patio when weather cooperates.
Private buyout
A fully private welcome party means the whole place is yours. Pricing for a private buyout is an hourly drink minimum. We quote that after we see your date. Do not assume a Monday or Tuesday open.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
