The Casual Late Night After a Formal Reception
A lot of Orlando weddings end at a hotel when the DJ’s contract does. The people who still want a drink need a second room that is not another ballroom. A wedding after party at Pour Choice Taphouse is that room: casual, late, and already set up as a bar.
Friday and Saturday we run until 2 AM. Wednesday and Thursday close at midnight. Sunday closes at 10 PM. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Indoor capacity is about 91, patio about 20 to 30.
Bring late-night food or walk it from nearby restaurants. We do not host food trucks. 21 and older. Large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave.

Late Hours on Weekend Wedding Nights
Friday and Saturday until 2 AM give you a real after-party window once a 10 PM reception ends. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Guests can loosen the tie, pour what they want, and skip another plated dessert. This is not a second ceremony.

How to Plan a Wedding After Party at Pour Choice
Planning is straightforward. Food can be brought in or ordered from nearby Mills 50 restaurants. We do not host food trucks. Semi-private sections have no separate venue fee. Full buyouts use an hourly drink minimum that we confirm after we see your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 1: Tell us when the reception ends
We need a start time, not just a date. Friday and Saturday after-parties can run toward 2 AM. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Step 2: Decide if the after-party should be private
Semi-private means a reserved section with the public still in the bar and no venue fee. A full buyout keeps only wedding guests in the room.
Step 3: Use the Friday after-8 number if that is your night

After-party timing matters
A reception that ends at 10 PM on Friday or Saturday is the sweet spot. Send both venues and the bus or rideshare plan if you have one.
Let the Formal Part Stay Formal
The after-party should not compete with the reception. No grand entrance. No second first dance unless you want it. People pour, hug the guests they barely talked to at dinner, and stay as late as the hours allow.
Self-pour helps when the wedding party arrives in waves. Early arrivals are not stuck waiting for a bartender to catch up. Late arrivals still get the full tap list.
If you want a DJ after midnight, say so. If you want it quieter than the reception, say that too. We would rather match the couple than assume every after-party is a rave.

Pour Choice Taphouse is located at 1225 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, in the heart of the Mills 50 District. We are near Ivanhoe Village and a short trip from downtown Orlando.
Guests park in the large on-site parking lot at 1225 N Mills Ave. Nearby street parking is also available.
We do not host food trucks. For walkable food, use the restaurants on our food page, including Pop Thai next door, Hawkers, and Pigzza.
